Verified Patients & Companions: Only users who have booked and completed medical services through Unithmed (including on-site consultations, tele-medicine, or convalescent tours) are eligible to post ratings and reviews.

Whether praise or criticism, we publish reviews in their original form, provided they are truthful and follow our safety guidelines. We believe that transparent flaws are more valuable than artificial perfection.

 

Multi-Dimensional Interaction 

Our review section is an open forum. Patients, clinic representatives, and Unithmed coordinators are all encouraged to interact.

When your review receives a response from a clinic or a suggestion from a coordinator, our system will notify you immediately to ensure every feedback has an echo.

 

Privacy & Safety

Medical information is highly sensitive. For your protection, you must exclude the following when posting:

 Full names, exact dates of birth, or direct contact details.

Specific diagnosis ID numbers, complex treatment protocols, or private information regarding attending physicians.

Even when clinics respond to negative feedback, they are strictly prohibited from disclosing sensitive medical details in public. All dispute specifics should be handled via private correspondence.

 

Moderation & Removal Criteria

To maintain professional standards, the following content will be removed:

Third-party links or promotional activities intended to drive traffic elsewhere.

Any form of abuse, political bias, discrimination, threats, or obscenity.

Content inciting illegal acts or involving the illicit trade of organs.

Any evaluation proven to be compensated or fraudulent.
